Returns & Exchanges
We’ll help you get on the right garment. Just pick your country, and have your shipping post code and order number in hand. You’ll find our order number in your Styx Mill Order Confirmation email.
Our Return Policy
At Styx Mill, we are pleased to offer you the convenience of online returns within a 30-day window following your purchase. Please note that we provide store credit exclusively, as opposed to cash refunds. Upon receiving your returned product at the Styx Mill warehouse, it will undergo a thorough assessment for credit.
Our terms and conditions require that garments must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Additionally, please note that returns are only accepted at our warehouses in Australia and New Zealand. Please be aware that if your garment is not in resaleable condition, we will contact you with our options for returning the product back to you. If it’s in resaleable condition, a credit voucher will be emailed to you within 5-10 working days. We apologise for any delays you may experience as we typically encounter high call volumes during the months of March through September.
